Hail!? Wow!View attachment 75576View attachment 75577View attachment 75578View attachment 75579View attachment 75580What started as a small fix turned into a major bumper to bumper job. Hail damage, interior fix and complete paint job. It may seem excessive for a 1994 Honda Del Sol but my wife loves it and she doesn’t want a different car. Runs well and I figure a few thousand now is better than several years of payment on a new vehicle. I’ll post photos of the finished product.
It’s sit on the hot Oklahoma sun (100 degrees+) and they haven’t come out yet. Also tried the dry ice approach with no success.Sit the car out in the sun on a hot summer day and hail dents disappear.

Damn man, fantastic results..Sorry I’m late in responding with finished photos. When my wife first bought the car in 1997, her granddaughter said “ granny you bought a Barbie Car”. From then on it‘s been known as the Barbie Car. The body shop suggested adding a pinstripe and the word Barbie. And here it is!View attachment 78217View attachment 78218View attachment 78219View attachment 78220
That’s very funny…out of the mouth of babes. I have a very good friend who’s an inveterate Porsche owner. My wife and I were thinking of buying a Porsche Boxter and decided to discuss it with him. When I asked him about the car all he said was, “that’s a hairdresser’s car, get a proper Porsche.” To this day when we see a Boxter we both think of what he said. We ended up buying a BMW Z4.Sorry I’m late in responding with finished photos. When my wife first bought the car in 1997, her granddaughter said “ granny you bought a Barbie Car”.
