I have both the mild and medium and I find the difference minimal, I have yet to try my Titanium medium .

Thank you for posting. I did the same side by side one day, paying attention to minimizing number of strokes. I was very surprised that I achieved BBS with both. There was no difference in the results, only the blade feel. I prefer the mild on my face and the medium for head shaving.
