Favourite Christmas song

My favourite is Wizzard - I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday, because it reminds me of my dad. It was his favourite, and is mine too. It reminds me of the good times we had when I was younger at Christmas. It's important to hang on to those good memories guys. Even now, I well up when I hear the track...this occasion is no exception.

Unbeatable. I still can't listen to the last 60 secs w/out goosebumps.
I believe @halvor might be familiar with this old Jussi version of the song as it at least used to play quite a bit on the Norwegian radio.
You betcha! It's a classic, and indeed, it makes the hairs rise in ovation. However, more seen and heard this year is the Norwegian artist Nils Bech performing it in the Norwegian award winning TV and interactive teen/gay drama Shame, currently gaining traction both in UK and US (see https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2016/12/skam-us-adaptation-shame-simon-fuller/amp or https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-...m-norway-teen-tv-drama-social-media-sensation). Definitely also worth a listen!

Is Sissel still getting any love in Norway? :)

But as much as I like the modern you linked, and Sissel's voice....I think I will always remain a Jussi man when it comes to that song :)

I am inclined to agree. You have the fads and you have the undying classics.

Sissel isn't doing much singing, not sure what she does. She married Eddie Skoller and left the business more or less, then divorced him and I haven't seen her since.
