I actually watched some of it, but admittedly just the "super over" bit. I cannot believe that it was really exciting! I didn't think cricket was allowed to be exciting?!?!? Lol.

My nerves are jangling like a forest full of wind chimes in gale force conditions! Amazing win for England but feel for the gallant losers - at least it wasn't England this time. I remember the last final when England were beaten by the great Imran Khan's Pakistan side. I was just a student dodging college to watch the game so it's doubly satisfying this time round.

Just before the super over, Ben Stokes hit a 6, the ball was caught but the fielder stepped on the boundary; reminded me of an Indian film called Lagaan (similar ending). First time in years I've watched a full cricket match, superb!
