Meguire’s compounds are really good, and underrated, if you only have light swirling. Really good choice!

Gosh! It's been probably a decade since I was really into detailing ... I had a couple of '80s cars both resprayed, so keeping on top of them was a weekly joy.

I used a rotary and enjoyed the 3M range - the green, yellow and blue. Pads and polishes.
By hand, it was usually the Car-Lack twins and a wax. Dodo Juice soft waxes were my favourites - Orange Crush on black was sublime. I also used a wax from 3M when I detailed other folks' cars, which was basically Meguiars 26. Same serial number, even, from memory.
Beyond that, I think Autoglym ticked the box for everything else apart from leather - Gliptone, for that. Proper TCP scent!

One standout product that I remember was Sonax Nano Detailer.

One car down, tomorrow will be the truck. Also, my modest collection (so far). What do your “detailing dens” look like?

I always shave myself and I always send our cars out for detailing. I’ll wash our cars and do a light interior dusting and vac, but the heavy duty work is left to the pros. Gives me more time to revel in a shave.:D

Won't post a picture of my den as it's a right mess but it's been a love of mine for many years.

Can't beat the satisfaction of a clean car and mastering a technique.

With my current vehicle being so inexpensive and old, and the local parking spaces so tightly packed that door dings are a constant, my favorite detailing products are my dent removal tools :nunchaku:
