A Rather Odd Brush

Another brush recently finished. This one is quince wood and is what I would call ‘free-form’. I left some of the bark on and experimented with flat surfaces … it is particularly nice in the hand. Knot is a Boti 20mm boar.

Very good indeed. If I tried free form, it’d look like a piece of rubber trying to mate with a fried egg.

It is remarkably good in the hand.

Thank you all for your kind words. I’m working on another one at the moment which is completely different and there is enough wood left for a couple more.
