Does the blade clamp open a little when the handle is loosened in this design? This AC razor design has been in the works for a long time. I 3d printed the handle for a gem version but I think it fits this AC design much better.

The cap is a separate piece and has a threaded post that screws into the handle. The small gap just doesn't show in the picture.Does the blade clamp open a little when the handle is loosened in this design?
I'm thinking that's why there is the space in the back of the head, but maybe I'm wrong.
The first test shave with my 3d printed AC razor did not disappoint.

Not at the moment. But will be adding more accessories soon.Do you plan to publish them?
would it benefit from 0.1 or 0.06mm resolution? This is a 3d printed, 3-piece DE Safety Razor. It is fairly easy to print but does benefit greatly from a well-calibrated printer in order to achieve the proper tolerances.

DE Safety Razor v2 by rogerquin
This is a three-piece safety razor for use with double-edge blades. Post-processing requires breaking away the included supports on the blade guards and on the cap.
